Effective date: July 2026. This policy makes four things clear: what data is collected, where masking occurs, which vendors operate, and how to opt-out.
Inside the jeta7 App, session recording is only enabled for problem detection; the same rules apply to users in Dhaka and outside Dhaka.
Sensitive field masking
Password, OTP and payment data are hidden; Bangladeshi payment details like bKash, Nagad and Rocket are not shown
Session-replay tool records only taps, scrolling and screen flow; you can reduce cookie limits from account settings
What we collect
We collect device type, browser, log time and basic events to help understand page load, login issues and APK installation steps
Two types of cookies: essential and analytics; disabling essential cookies may slow some screens, especially on older Android phones
Vendor list and data protection
